Yes, they can be used together. They actually are great together because the Hyaluronic acid helps keep the skin hydrated and less likely to become reactive due to the retinol. Can you use vitamin C with retinol?
Yes, you can use both in the same skincare routine. I would recommend applying your vitamin C in the morning and retinol at night. Facial in a Bottle Day and A.C.E. Antioxidant Cream.

Can you use retinol while pregnant?
It is not recommended to use retinol while pregnant.
Can you use retinol while breastfeeding?
It is not recommended to use retinol while breastfeeding.
Can you use glycolic acid with retinol?
Yes, absolutely. This combination will boost your home care routine. I would recommend applying your glycolic serum first to clean, dry skin and let absorb and then apply your retinol.
Can you use benzoyl peroxide with retinol?
No.
Can retinol cause acne?

Yes absolutely. Retinol helps exfoliates the skins outer layer which helps to remove dirt, dead skin cells, and oil from pores. Which in turn helps reduce breakouts.

How do I incorporate retinol without any irritation?
Finding a retinol product that has a proper delivery system and formula to support any potential irritation. Our retinol is encapsulated and time released allowing for slow penetration and no irritation. The formula also contains calming ingredients to help maintain the health and comfort of our skins barrier.

What’s the difference between retinol, retinA, and retinoids?
Retin- A is a vitamin A derivative and is a topical treatment prescribed by a doctor. Retinoids are another topical that is typically stronger and also needs a doctor’s prescription.
How to incorporate retinol into my skincare routine?
Retinol is recommended for evening use. If a client has never used retinol before, we like to suggest using once every other night and then as skin adapts, go to every night.
Are retinol and niacinamide ok to use together?
These are two active ingredients and if formulated properly, then yes.
How many times a week can I use retinol?
Depends on the strength, but with our retinol, nightly use is fine.
Can I use retinol and Facial in a Bottle - Night together?
Yes! For clients that need a boost in their regime, these can be layered in the evening. I do Facial in Bottle Night first and then retinol.
