HOW IT WORKS:

Start with just a 3-month minimum. After that, we’ll charge you automatically on the 1st of each month — starting the month after you sign up.
Vouchers:
Each month’s charge gives you a facial voucher. Use it when you want, or save it — they’re good for a year. Got extra vouchers? Use one per visit on: Elevations, Skincare products, Services.
Price Lock:
Your rate stays the same for 12 months, even if our membership rates increase.

How do I cancel my membership?

 

To manage your subscription please email hello@faciallounge.com indicating your request to pause for 3 months or cancel your subscription, and we'll take care of the rest. please note that membership cancellations cannot be processed through this inquiry form.

Can I roll over my unused facials as a member?

 

Yes, your unused facials roll over.

Is there a contract associated with the Facial Lounge membership?

 

 

There is a contract, but you can cancel after 3 months.
 

What happens to my unused facial vouchers when I cancel my membership?

 

 

You are able to use your unused facial vouchers for up to one year after cancelation. After 12 months, unused facial vouchers expire.
 

Is your skin care & facials pregnancy safe?

 

 

 

All Facial Lounge skincare products are pregnancy-safe. However, we recommend consulting your doctor before using our Retinol, Clear Days Ahead, and Facial in a Bottle Night. Our facials are pregnancy-safe, with the exception of chemical peels, BioRePeel, and Forma Treatment. If you're pregnant, please inform your esthetician so they can customize a safe and effective facial just for you!

Need to take a break from your membership?

Travel, busy schedule, or just need a pause? Pause your membership once a year for up to 3 months — just let us know by calling us or emailing hello@faciallounge.com

What happens if I no-show or cancel less than 12 hours from my appointment time?

 

Cancellations within 12 hours of your appointment and "no-shows" will incur a charge of 50% of your scheduled appointment price. Cancellations prior to 12 hours before your appointment will not receive an additional charge.
