WHY A MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP?

Your skin naturally renews itself about every 28 days, which is why regular facials are so important. By syncing treatments with your skin’s natural cycle, we’re able to deeply cleanse, exfoliate, and nourish at just the right time—keeping your complexion balanced, healthy, and radiant. Think of it as a reset button for your skin each month.

HOW IT WORKS:

Start with just a 3-month minimum. After that, we’ll charge you automatically on the 1st of each month — starting the month after you sign up.
Vouchers:
Each month’s charge gives you a facial voucher. Use it when you want, or save it — they’re good for a year. Got extra vouchers? Use one per visit on: Elevations, Skincare products, Services.
Price Lock:
Your rate stays the same for 12 months, even if our membership rates increase.
Member-Only Pricing:
Enjoy special prices on facials, elevations, and all Facial Lounge skincare.
VIP Access & Surprises:
From early invites to exclusive events, and insider updates — we love spoiling our members.
Cancel Anytime:

How do I cancel my membership?

To manage your subscription please email hello@faciallounge.com indicating your request to pause for 3 months or cancel your subscription, and we'll take care of the rest. please note that membership cancellations cannot be processed through this inquiry form.

What benefits do I receive as a member of the Facial Lounge?

Discounted facials ($160) that they are locked in at
20% off all Facial Lounge products
20% off any additional services and elevations

Can I roll over my unused facials as a member?

Yes, your unused facials roll over and can be gifted.

Is there a contract associated with the Facial Lounge membership?

No, there's no contract with the membership. You can cancel anytime.

What happens to my unused facial vouchers when I cancel my membership?

When you cancel your membership, any remaining facial vouchers will be converted into a monetary value and you will be charged full retail rate. You do lose all membership pricing on Facials and skincare. Your account credit expires in one year.

Is your skin care & facials pregnancy safe?

All of our products and facials are pregnancy safe besides are chemicals peels.

Need to take a break from your membership?

Travel, busy schedule, or just need a pause? Pause your membership once a year for up to 3 months — just let us know.

What happens if I no-show or cancel less than 12 hours from my appointment time?

Cancellations within 12 hours of your appointment will incur a charge of 50% of your scheduled appointment price. A "no-show" results in a charge of the full price. Cancellations prior to 12 hours before your appointment will not receive an additional charge.
