Our goal is to help you find effective skincare solutions that you love. Skincare exchange-Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer returns but do provide product exchanges or store credit. We want to match you with the perfect product fit and see your skin glow!
If you are unhappy with your purchase, we offer a 60 day window to exchange your product or receive store credit. In-person exchanges are available at all Facial Lounge locations. To submit an online exchange, please email hello@faciallounge.com.
