WHY A MONTHLY FACIAL?

 

Your skin undergoes a natural 28-day cycle. This process is vital for regenerating and renewing skin cells. Monthly facials play a key role in this cycle by facilitating exfoliation, which effectively removes dead skin cells from the surface, revealing healthier more vibrant skin beneath.

As we age, our skin's cell turnover slows down, resulting in a buildup of dead skin cells. This buildup can leave your skin appearing dry, dull, and can emphasize the appearance of wrinkles.

At Facial Lounge, we customize each facial to your specific skin type, ensuring that you receive personalized treatments that address your unique needs and concerns.

WHAT DOES THE MEMBERSHIP INCLUDE?

 

Your membership comes with a range of benefits:
    •    Enjoy one 50-minute custom vegan facial every month.
    •    Receive a 20% discount on Facial Lounge skincare products and service elevations, such as microdermabrasion, dermaplaning, nano channeling, chemical peels and LED light treatments.
    •    Additionally, members receive a 20% discount on Forma radio frequency treatments.

I CAN'T MAKE IT IN FOR A FACIAL THIS MONTH - WHAT ARE MY OPTIONS?

 

No worries! Your facials roll over and will remain in your account until you’re ready to use them!

CAN I GIFT MY FACIAL TO A LOVED ONE OR FRIEND?

 

Absolutely! You can gift a facial on your account. Simply provide their information when booking, and we'll send an email confirmation to confirm the appointment. Please note that guests using your vouchers do not receive discounts on elevations and skincare products.

CAN I SHARE MY MEMBERSHIP?

 

Unfortunately, we do not offer shared memberships. However, if you have an unused facial, you're welcome to gift it to a friend or loved one. Please note that they won't receive discounts on skincare or elevations, but they can redeem the voucher for a facial.

IF YOU CHANGE PRICING, WILL MY PRICE GO UP?

 

No, you are guaranteed to remain locked in at the price you signed up for, so your membership price will not increase.
 

CAN I GO TO BOTH LOCATIONS?

Yes! Enjoy your membership benefits at either location in Costa Mesa or Newport Beach.

HOW DO I SIGN UP FOR A MEMBERSHIP?

Purchasing a membership is easy! You can activate your membership at any time with an upfront cost of $160. This initial payment is converted into a voucher, which is deposited into your account and can be redeemed for a facial whenever you're ready. Your monthly billing cycle begins on the date of sign-up.

Here's the exciting part: If you activate your membership after receiving a service with us, your service is discounted to the membership price, and you'll also enjoy all the perks of membership on that same day! It's the perfect opportunity to stock up on all your Facial Lounge favs!

We will also have you sign a waiver acknowledging the monthly auto-debt of $160.
 

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU EXCEPT?

We accept all major credits cards: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.

CAN I USE A GIFT CARD TO ACTIVATE MY MEMBERSHIP?

Absolutely! You can apply a gift card towards the sign-up cost of your membership. However, please note that we'll also need a credit card to be linked to your membership. This credit card will be automatically debited monthly on your sign-up date.

If you're already a member, you can add a gift card to your payment methods and use it towards any skincare products or elevation.

WHAT IF I WANT MORE THAN 1 FACIAL IN A MONTH?

You can get multiple facials in a month at your membership rate.

HOW DO I PAUSE OR CANCEL MY FACIAL MEMBERSHIP?

To manage your subscription please email hello@faciallounge.com (mailto:hello@faciallounge.com) indicating your request to pause or cancel your subscription, and we'll take care of the rest.

CAN I CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP AT ANY TIME?

Yes, you have the flexibility to cancel your membership at any time. Any unused facials will remain valid for up to one year from the cancellation date. Additionally, you have the option to use your facial credits towards skincare products. However, please note that upon cancellation, you will lose all discounts on facials, skincare, and elevations.

CAN I PAUSE MY MEMBERSHIP AT ANY TIME?

Yes, you have the option to pause your membership for a period of up to three months without incurring any fees.

DO I LOOSE MY UNUSED FACIALS WHEN I CANCEL?

No, your unused facials remain valid for one year from the date of cancellation. However, please note that upon cancellation, you will lose your discount on all services and skincare. Nevertheless, you have the option to convert your unused facials into account credit for skincare purchases.

HOW DO I BOOK APPOINTMENTS?

We recommend pre-booking your appointments for future dates to secure your preferred time slot. However, if you need to schedule a same-day appointment, you have the option to book online or call us directly at 949-432-5915.

WHEN SHOULD I ARRIVE?

We kindly ask that you arrive 5 minutes prior to your scheduled treatment. This allows you time to unwind and enjoy a cup of tea in our cozy speakeasy waiting room before your appointment begins.

WHAT INFORMATION SHOULD YOUR ESTHETICIAN BE AWARE OF?

It's important for us to be informed about certain conditions such as pregnancy or if you're taking medication that makes you photosensitive. Your health and well-being are our top priority, and we always strive to select treatments that are safe and suitable for you.

CAN TEENS AND PRETEENS GET A FACIAL? 

Yes

ARE THE FACIALS PREGNANCY SAFE? 

Yes! Please inform us if you are pregnant so we can customize the treatment accordingly and ensure the elevation of the bed is comfortable to you.

HOW DO I CANCEL MY FACIAL APPOINTMENT?

Cancellations within 12 hours of your appointment will incur a charge of 50% of your scheduled appointment price. A "no-show" results in a charge of the full price. Cancellations prior to 12 hours before your appointment will not receive an additional charge.


Please note that all same-day appointments are considered confirmed.

WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY? 

For skincare products, exchanges or store credit are available within 30 days from the original purchase date. Services that have been utilized will not be refunded, but store credit is provided, which is valid for one year. Additionally, purchases made through the website are eligible for exchange only; refunds are not offered. Gift cards purchased are non-refundable.
