Coordinating Esthetician Position

Our Coordinating Esthetician is the first point of contact for our clients and an essential part of the Facial Lounge experience. This role supports daily spa operations, manages appointments and client communication, assists with memberships and product recommendations, and helps maintain a warm, organized lounge environment. After completing a 90-day onboarding period, team members may become eligible for our esthetician cross-training program.

 

Requirements

Active esthetician license required

At least one year of experience in customer service, spa, hospitality, or retail

Comfortable using scheduling software and other technology

Friendly, professional, organized, and detail-oriented

Strong communication and client-service skills

Reliable, positive, and solutions-focused

Passion for skincare and willingness to learn

Available for daytime, evening, and weekend shifts

Able to work in person at our Costa Mesa or Corona del Mar location

Full-time and part-time availability welcomed
