Appointment Guidelines:
Please arrive 15–20 minutes early to complete your media release and new client forms, and to allow time to capture B-roll.
Your appointment includes 50 minutes with your esthetician, so we kindly ask that you arrive on time out of respect for their schedule and so you can enjoy the full facial experience.
If you’re running late, please call the spa and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
Please bring a tripod or someone to assist with filming. For sanitary reasons, and because your esthetician will be fully focused on performing your service, our team is unable to capture content, so filming will be your responsibility.
While your service is complimentary, we kindly ask that you leave a gratuity for your esthetician.
A gratuity of $25–$50 is recommended for your service.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please note that collaborations are available on weekdays only (Monday-Thursday). Send us a DM 24 hours prior to your appointment and we’ll be happy to help you find a new time.
If you’re currently struggling with acne, please let us know—we’d love to get your skin cleared and document your progress with before and afters.
If you’re interested in creating additional skincare content with us, we’re always open to it.
