Shipping policy

Facial Lounge offers FREE First Class USPS shipping on all orders under 1 pound total packaging weight and equal to or over $100 within the continental United States ONLY and FREE USPS Ground shipping on all orders equal to or over 1 pound total packaging weight and equal to or over $100 within the continental United States ONLY. ALL sales are final. Facial Lounge is not responsible for lost or stolen packages if confirmed delivered by USPS tracking. The customer assumes all responsibility for any loss or damage of these items.

Most in-stock items are shipped within 24-48 hours. If you order items with different availability times, we will ship your order when your complete order becomes available.

Orders placed on Friday after 11 am pacific time and over the weekend will begin processing on the following Monday as our shipping offices are closed over the weekend.

You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order has been shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking number to show movement. If you have any questions about your order, please email us at hello@faciallounge.com.

Orders will not be refunded for packages that are not accepted by the recipient.
